Update on Lawsuit Challenging PCAOB
Recall that in February the Free Enterprise Fund filed a suit claiming that the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) established under Sarbanes-Oxley violates the appointments clause of the Constitution, among other provisions (see here and here).
