Steamy Espresso
A few weeks ago, I suggested that Belvi’s antitrust suit against Starbucks is weak and ought to be dismissed.
This report in today’s Seattle Times further strengthens the case for dismissal. Competition in the Seattle market for espresso is apparently more intense than Belvi’s complaint would have us believe!

I imagine a raft of associates are engaged in quite a bit of discovery to convince the court that sexpresso should be included the relevant market.

Yes, sipping latte in Seattle sounds like a much more pleasant discovery assignment than, say, reviewing documents in a cold empty warehouse in some obscure location!
