		<description>This is a reasonable, and likely, explanation for increasing health care costs.  I appreciate legislation like Coburn&#039;s and Ryan&#039;s, although the tax implications at first concerned me.  But after thinking through it, it makes good sense.</description>

		<description>Interesting post, I agree with much that you say.   Wouldn&#039;t a federally subsidized insurance policy given to all below median wage earners with a 5K+ deducible expand health care coverage, foster price competition,  and lower medical bankruptcy filings?</description>
